Bring It On Cricket

Sharpening technique, strength and game intelligence.

The program

These age groups advance players into higher-volume training. Athletes refine technique, improve consistency and build the physical strength competitive cricket demands, with structured conditioning built into the week.

Match play is central. Players compete in hardball practice matches and tournaments, then review decisions with coaches so game intelligence develops alongside skill.

Skill focus

  • Advanced batting: shot selection, footwork, timing and power
  • Bowling variations and accuracy development
  • Fast, agile fielding with reaction drills
  • Structured strength and conditioning
  • Tactical decision-making and match preparation
  • Hardball practice matches and tournament play

Outcome

A deeper mastery of cricket skills, improved athleticism and high-level competitive readiness.
