- 1Head south on Sterling Boulevard toward Route 28.
- 2Turn onto Ruritan Circle before the Route 28 interchange.
- 3Follow Ruritan Circle to 45500 - The Sports Club at Dulles is on the right, with parking directly in front of the entrance.
From Cascades / Lowes Island
- 1Take Cascades Parkway south to Route 7 east.
- 2Merge onto Route 28 south toward Dulles.
- 3Exit at Sterling Boulevard and turn onto Ruritan Circle.
Route 7 backs up through the Cascades corridor at 5:00 pm - allow an extra ten minutes for a weekday evening session.
